My greatest love for ceramics is deeply rooted in the process of creating. I am happiest when my hands are in the clay and I feel a deep connection to our earth. My mind and spirit become centered when I center clay on the wheel. As I create and modify my pots, I seek new techniques, new forms, and I welcome the learning that comes from failure. I view this process as a continual exploration of self, and a deep dive into self-improvement and balance.
